Orders

All carts are handbuilt to order. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we confirm build details (including color and options) with you before production begins. Prices shown in the configurator are in U.S. dollars; shipping and tax are calculated at checkout.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing checkout you authorize the charge for your order total including shipping and applicable tax.

Customization

Custom builds are made to your specifications and are non-returnable. See our Returns policy.

Text Messaging (SMS)

RAD Mobile Carts operates a text messaging program (the “Program”) with two independent parts:

Order updates — recurring messages about your build, such as order confirmation, production, quality check, shipping, and delivery.
Marketing — occasional promotions, sales, and new-release announcements.

You enroll by checking the corresponding box at checkout. The two boxes are separate opt-ins, each box is unchecked by default, and checking them is not a condition of any purchase. By opting in you agree to receive automated text messages at the mobile number you provide; consent is not required to buy anything from us.

Message frequency varies. Order-update messages are sent as your build progresses, up to approximately 12 messages per order; marketing messages are sent up to approximately 6 times per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Text STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts for that category. Text HELP for help, or contact us at radcarts@gmail.com.

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

How we handle the mobile information you provide is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
