Lead time
Carts are handbuilt to order. Production typically takes 3–5 weeks before your unit ships. You’ll get an update from the shop as your build moves through the queue.
Where we ship
We ship across the United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your build.
Freight & delivery
Larger units ship by freight. We’ll coordinate delivery details with you before dispatch. Please make sure someone is available to receive and inspect the unit on arrival.
Tracking
Once your build ships, we’ll email tracking and any freight scheduling information to the address on your order.
