This Privacy Policy explains how Rare Aesthetic Designs LLC, doing business as RAD Mobile Carts (“RAD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit radmobilecarts.com, configure a cart, send an inquiry, subscribe, place an order, use order tracking, or contact us.
This is a plain-language description of the current website. It is not legal advice. Have counsel review it for the jurisdictions and products you serve, especially if you sell to customers outside the United States.
Information we collect
- Inquiry information: your name, email address, phone number, subject, and the message or project details you submit.
- Order and checkout information: your name, email, phone number, billing address, shipping or delivery address, pickup or delivery choice, cart configuration, selected options, order number, payment status, and information needed to provide the order.
- Payment information: Stripe processes your payment details. RAD does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe may collect information directly from your browser through Stripe Checkout/Elements and may process fraud-prevention and transaction data under its own notices.
- SMS consent information: if you separately opt in at checkout, your mobile number, the SMS categories selected, the consent wording shown, the consent time, and a technical consent record such as the submitted IP address. The two SMS categories are order/build updates and marketing.
- Newsletter information: your email address and subscription status when you subscribe on the homepage, submit an inquiry, or complete a purchase. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails.
- Order tracking information: the order number and email address you provide to look up a matching order. We use both values together and do not reveal order details when they do not match.
- Configurator and cart information: the cart, build selections, and view preferences may be saved in your browser’s local storage so the configurator and shopping cart continue to work between pages. This is not an account and is not used to identify you by RAD. You can clear it through your browser settings or by clearing the cart.
- Technical and usage information: browser, device, operating system, referring page, page views, approximate location, and performance information may be processed through Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. Vercel describes Web Analytics as aggregated, anonymized, and cookie-free by default, but it can still receive page URL, referrer, device, browser, and approximate geolocation information.
How we use information
- To provide the website, save cart and configurator state, and respond to your requests.
- To prepare quotes and inquiries, process orders, calculate shipping and applicable tax, collect payment, provide pickup or delivery, and maintain business and tax records.
- To send order confirmations, receipts, build updates, shipping information, inquiry acknowledgments, and other service communications.
- To send occasional RAD marketing emails when you subscribe on the site, submit an inquiry, or complete a purchase. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.
- To send SMS only for the category you separately selected at checkout, maintain consent records, respond to STOP or HELP, and comply with carrier and messaging requirements.
- To prevent fraud, protect the website, troubleshoot errors, improve performance, measure aggregate traffic, enforce our Terms, and comply with law.
Service providers and sharing
We do not sell your personal information or share mobile information with third parties for their own marketing. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the business:
- Stripe: payment processing, Checkout/Elements, tax calculation where enabled, customer and invoice records, fraud prevention, and order payment status.
- Resend: inquiry acknowledgments, order confirmations, receipts, status emails, newsletter contacts, and email delivery operations.
- Twilio: the phone number, consent category, and message content needed to deliver RAD SMS.
- Vercel: website hosting, logs, Web Analytics, and Speed Insights.
- Google: Google Fonts used to display the site and Google Maps/Places address autocomplete used in the private admin order-entry tool. Google may receive browser and address-search information when that tool is used. Google’s own Terms and Privacy Policy apply to its services.
- Carriers and delivery providers: name, address, phone, email, order, and tracking information needed to ship or deliver a cart.
- Professional advisers, law enforcement, and transaction parties: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, resolve disputes, collect amounts due, or complete a business transfer.
SMS messages
SMS is optional and is not required to buy from RAD. The order-update and marketing boxes are separate and unchecked by default. If you opt in, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and delivery is not guaranteed. Reply STOP to cancel messages in the applicable category, HELP for help, or email radcarts@gmail.com. Your mobile number and SMS consent are not sold or used for another company’s marketing.
Cookies, local storage, and third-party links
RAD does not currently set its own advertising cookies. The site uses browser local storage for cart and configurator functionality. Stripe, Vercel, Google, and other linked services may use their own technologies when their services load or when you follow a link to their site. We link to Instagram and other external sites; their privacy practices are controlled by those providers.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry, order, payment, delivery, consent, and communication records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain accounting and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Newsletter contacts remain in Resend until unsubscribed or removed according to our business process. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed secure.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may unsubscribe from marketing email, opt out of SMS with STOP, clear local storage through your browser, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing radcarts@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information required for a transaction, legal obligation, security, or dispute. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional privacy rights, including rights to know, correct, delete, opt out of sale or targeted advertising, or appeal a decision. We do not sell personal information.
Children
The site is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes and contact
