What we collect
When you place an order or send an inquiry, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and order details. Payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe; we do not store your card numbers.

- To send order and build updates
- To send marketing emails if you opt in (you can unsubscribe anytime)
Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to fulfill your order — for example Stripe for payments, Twilio for text messages, and shipping carriers for delivery. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in at checkout, we collect your mobile number and a timestamped record of your consent (which checkboxes you selected and the wording shown to you). We use this only to send the text messages you asked for — order and build updates, and, if you opted in separately, occasional marketing. Texts are delivered through our messaging provider, Twilio.
Your mobile information — including your phone number and SMS opt-in — is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes, and is not sold. It is shared only with Twilio as the provider that delivers the messages on our behalf.
